Monthly price per user
Atlassian charges Marketplace apps at the same user tier as the host product. A site licensed for 500 Jira users pays the 500-user tier on every installed app, whether or not all 500 open it.

Questions about billing
Can I pay for fewer users than my Jira licence?
No, and this is an Atlassian rule rather than ours. Marketplace apps are billed at the host product's user tier. If it helps, the pricing above is set with that in mind — the per-user rate drops sharply as tiers rise precisely because large sites pay for everyone.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Atlassian converts the app to paid on your next billing cycle unless you uninstall. You will not be charged during the 30 days, and nothing auto-renews without appearing on your Atlassian invoice first.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Annual billing is available through Atlassian and typically carries their standard discount. We do not negotiate custom pricing — everyone pays the published rate, which keeps things simple for both of us.
Is there an academic, non-profit or community licence?
Atlassian's community and academic programs apply to Marketplace apps. If you qualify with Atlassian, the discount flows through automatically.
Who do I contact about an invoice?
