Your Jira instance is quietly costing more than it should.
Plumbworks builds four apps for the person who administers Jira and Confluence. They find dormant licences, dead configuration, stalled work, and the evidence your auditor keeps asking for. Every app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge — no data leaves your tenant.
Illustrative output from Instance Ledger. Your numbers will differ, which is rather the point.
Four apps, one admin
Each one is narrow on purpose. Install the one that matches this quarter's problem; they share a settings model and a support queue if you end up with several.

Instance Ledger
Finds dormant licences, unused custom fields, duplicate schemes and orphaned workflows. Shows the annual cost of each finding before you touch anything. |
Jira Cloud | $1.30per user / month |
|
Status Clock
Time in status, cycle time, lead time and aging work in progress, as dashboard gadgets. Answers where work actually sits, not where the board says it is. |
Jira Cloud | $0.95per user / month |
|
Review Cycle
Scheduled page review and named sign-off for controlled documents. Built for teams holding ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or medical device certification. |
Confluence Cloud | $1.10per user / month |
|
Evidence Pack
Exports the artefacts auditors ask for — approvals, change history, access reviews, permission snapshots — with timestamps, in one file. |
Jira + Confluence | $0.85per user / month |
Where your data goes
Nowhere. Every app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs inside Atlassian's infrastructure, so issue data, page content and user records never reach a Plumbworks server. There is no Plumbworks server for them to reach.
Questions admins actually ask
Will Instance Ledger delete something I need?
It cannot. The default install has no write scopes at all. Cleanup actions arrive in a separate, opt-in permission grant, and every one shows an impact preview listing the affected projects, schemes and issues before it runs.
How is the app priced against my licence count?
Atlassian bills Marketplace apps at the same user tier as the host product. If your largest Jira product has 400 users, you pay the 400-user tier even if only two admins open the app. Volume tiers reduce the per-user rate — full table on each app page.
Do you support Data Center?
Not yet. Everything is Cloud-only while the apps are young. If you are on Data Center and want to be told when that changes, email us and we will keep a list.
Who is behind this?
A small team. You will get replies from the people who wrote the code, usually within a working day, and the roadmap is shaped almost entirely by support tickets.
